Job summary

Bosh Engineering Private Limited is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kaki Bukit HQ. The role requires analyzing costs, preparing estimates, and managing budgets for construction projects, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will interpret contract specifications and drawings, prepare tender documents, and collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions. Willing to visit project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QS/Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and project documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Excel and related tools.

• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Excel, etc.).
