Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to support cost management on projects located in Kaki Bukit, Singapore. The role requires a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years of M&E QS experience in construction or commercial sectors.

You will prepare cost estimates, perform detailed take-offs for MEP works, manage budgets, and oversee tenders, contracts, variations, and claims to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E QS experience in construction / commercial.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical ACMV and Electrical Plumbing and Sanitary works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project drawings and specifications.
• Perform detailed material and labour take-offs for MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from sub-contractors & suppliers, and assist with procurement.
• Manage MEP related contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Assess risks related to costs and contracts.
• Produce regular cost reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, codes and industry standards.

Salary Range: Basic $3000 - $4500 + Performance Bonus

Working day& time: 5 days Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
