Job summary

ENNOBLE TALENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Junior or Senior) to work on major building and infrastructure schemes. You will prepare cost estimates, BOQs and budgets, oversee tendering, and monitor costs to ensure budgets are met.

You will liaise with clients, contractors and consultants, support in contract administration, and handle interim payments and final accounts. Diploma holders with 2–3 years’ main contractor experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and sub-contractors.
• 2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in a main contractor handling large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
• Monitor project costs and track variations to keep projects within budget.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on cost-related issues.
• Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contracts and managing claims.
