Job summary

R S 108 GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a site professional to support quotations and on-site supervision in Singapore. Responsibilities include attending client site visits, preparing cost analyses from drawings and material estimates, and negotiating quotations to meet specifications.

You will monitor site progress, inspect safety, coordinate with clients and workers, and handle claims and variations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend site visit with the client for quotation and prepare cost analysis base on drawings, design, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Reply email for quotation request & arrange site visit if required
• Negotiation with the client for quotation on price and quality according to the specifications and drawing
• Prepare and submit progressive claims and variation orders
• Submit material sample, technical specifications, safety documents including RA & required documents for Client's approval
• Liaise and coordinate with the clients, supervisors and general workforce to meet the schedule
• Monitoring site progress and quality control
• Manage and control workers and monitoring the workers closely to keep site safer and neat.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team
