Job summary

WEE-BUILT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support tender measurement and pricing, coordinate client and consultant meetings, and manage progress claims and variations for ongoing projects.

You will tabulate site costing and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers under senior staff guidance. The role includes attending weekly site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met, milestones achieved, and accurate, timely

Responsibilities

• Measure and price tenders for company projects.
• Coordinate and attend client & consultant meetings for smooth progress claim & VO on projects.
• Plan and tabulate site costing by project with master file at head office.
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to keep quotes within project budget.
• Attend weekly site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution.

Job description

• a) To do measurement & pricing on tender for any project of company.
• b) To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for smooth Progress Claim & VO for the project.
• c) Any other works and task directed by your Superiors.
• d) Participated the weekly site meeting with sub-contractor and supplier for smooth the execution of works and make sure sub-contractor and supplier complete theirs works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.
• e) Tabulate all relevant costing based on site by site with keep a master file at head quarter office.
• f) Negotiate with sub-contractor and supplier to ensure quotation or pricing given are under project budget.
