Job summary

LEMEN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Controller to support claims, cost estimates, and variations on active projects. You will perform joint measurements, verify subcontractor claims, and prepare tender quantities to ensure accurate budgeting.

The role involves liaising with clients, assisting site management, and contributing to method statements and risk assessments, with strict attention to standards and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Submission of Interim and Final claims for client approvals.
• Preparation and Submission of cost estimate for variation works.
• Carry out Site visits for Joint measurement with clients for variation works.
• Evaluation, verification and certification of sub contractor’s claims.
• Quantities take off as per standards and preparation of estimate for tenders.
• Preparation of material Reconciliation statements.
• Evaluation of Rates and issuance of Purchase order for Bulk material procurements.
• Liaison with client’s contract team and attend meetings for the payment related issues.
• Assist the Project /site manager with contractual matters.
• Support the site team in Preparation of method statement and Risk assessment.
