Job summary

R 108 GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on professional to oversee quotation activities on construction projects.

The role involves visiting sites, analyzing drawings, estimating costs based on materials and manpower, and replying to client inquiries. You will negotiate with clients to align price and quality to specifications, prepare progressive claims and variation orders, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to meet schedules while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Attend site visit with the client for quotation
• Prepare cost analysis base on drawings, design, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Reply quotation requested emails from the clients & arrange site visit if required.
• Negotiation with the client for quotation on price and quality according to the specifications and drawing.
• Prepare and submit progressive claims and variation orders
• Submit material samples, technical specifications, safety documents including RA & required documents for Client’s approval
• Liaise and coordinate with the clients, subcontractor, supervisors and general workforce to meet the schedule
• Monitoring site progress and quality control
• Manage and control workers and monitoring the workers closely to keep site safer and neat.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team
