PMD PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor role in Singapore. The position covers pre- and post-contract document study, quantities take-off, cost control, and tender administration, with involvement in procurement and material inquiries.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will support manpower, material, and equipment scheduling and cost analyses under supervision.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Job Description:

Quantity surveying duties and responsibilities such as pre and post contract document study and review. Quantities taking-off, cost control, generate quotation for variation orders. Cost finalization and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.

• Prepare manpower resources, material, equipment schedule & cost analysis.
• Assist in reviewing sub-contractors, vendors and supplier's contractual obligations.
• Provide AutoCAD, BIM support in the form of sketches, shopdrawings or construction drawings.
• Any other admin jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Fresh Grad are welcome
