Job summary

CHAN & CHAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Diploma holder in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering to join the team as a Quantity Surveyor.

You will evaluate tenders, manage contracts, prepare variations and cost claims, and support budgeting and final accounts. Fresh graduates are welcome and you will work under supervision on project cost control and subcontract documentation. The role requires accuracy in cost implications, timely submissions, and the ability to work

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
• Handle monthly progress claims and final claims.
