Job summary

MAJULAH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to support project controls in Singapore. You will produce drawings with AutoCAD, extract quantities, prepare BOQ, and submit monthly payment claims, while certifying progress claims from suppliers and subcontractors.

You will also prepare tender documents, pricing, BBS, method statements, risk assessments, coordinate with clients/contractors for deployment, and assist HR and finance as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in engineering, drawing, drafting, quantity surveying and contracts administration.
Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Revit, BIM software and BIM processes.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Produce drawings using AutoCAD.
Take off quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.
Prepare monthly payment claims.
Evaluate and certificate progress claims from suppliers/subcontractors.
Prepare BOQ, pricing, BBS, method statements, risk assessments; tender submissions and questionnaires; obtain quotes.
Coordinate with contractor/client for worker deployment.
Site measurement, project admin and documentation.
Assist HR and finance-related tasks as needed.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks.
