Job summary

L.T.M. CORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration across precast concrete projects.

You will perform on-site measurements, prepare progress claims, review tender documents, and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure contract terms and deliverables meet cost control requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• At least 2 years of relevant construction experience, precast concrete preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Manage costing and budgeting for ongoing projects and tender submissions.
• Prepare and process progress payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project progress, contract terms and deliverables.
• Review and evaluate contract terms, project specifications, and tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and cost control procedures.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
