Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. quantity surveying team invites a Quantity Surveyor to support pre-tender activities in our Singapore office. You will review drawings, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and price tender submissions ensuring competitive and compliant bids.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in tender documentation, and the ability to work with project teams to identify risks and commercial opportunities. Location is Lavender with a five-day week, salary SGD 3,500–4,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying, construction estimation or tender preparation.
• Familiar with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation and tender documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and QS software.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contract requirements to understand project scope.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour and equipment based on project drawings.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates using current market rates, including overheads and profit margins.
• Prepare and price Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with project specifications.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to support tender pricing.
• Identify potential project risks, cost variations and commercial considerations during tender preparation.
• Raise technical and commercial queries with clients or consultants and review tender addenda for necessary updates.
• Compile tender submissions, ensure compliance with submission requirements and deadlines, and prepare reports for management review.
