Job summary

Ding Sheng E&C Pte. Ltd. seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from tender to completion. You will prepare estimates, take-offs and bills of quantities, and review drawings to identify cost implications. Monitor expenditure and evaluate progress claims and variation orders during construction.

The role demands strong numerical and analytical skills, experience in tendering, contracts and negotiation, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office to support accurate cost control.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of quantity surveying, cost control and construction contracts.
• Experience in tendering, progress claims and variation assessment is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
