Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to prepare plans, documents and cost estimates for tender submissions. You will source and evaluate supplier quotations and handle pricing schedules.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years of project tendering/costing experience, with proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years of project tendering/costing experience.
• Strong ability to source and evaluate supplier quotations for tenders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.
• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
• Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.
• Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
