GEONAMICS (S) PTE LTD is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage progress claims, tender submissions and cost control on project assignments in Singapore. You will assess work completed, prepare supporting documents, and handle cost estimates, tenders and final accounts with accuracy and diligence.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, has experience with progress claims and tender submissions, and is proficient in Excel and QS

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction progress claims and tender submissions.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, costing and quantity measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
