Job summary

AKROBAT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage quotations, claims, and contract reviews for our civil and building projects.

You will prepare and follow up quotations with clients, submit progress claims, and track retention amounts while ensuring deadlines and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Survey/Building Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, detailed and conscientious with positive work attitude, committed and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
