Qualifications

• Experience in civil estimation, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to perform quantity take-off and prepare estimates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and tabulate project budgets for each material.
• Perform quantity take-off for works.
• Do market analysis and invite subcontracts and supplier quotes.
• Calculate earthworks excavation works.
• Check actual work and certify main contractor payments.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and index-based fluctuations.
• Prepare quotations and progress claims for subcontract works and equipment rental.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates.
• Utilize AutoCAD 2D/3D, Excel and PowerPoint to document work.
