Comnect Communications Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage tender costing, quantity take-offs and pricing for BMS, Fire Alarm and ELV projects.

The role requires independent interpretation of drawings, extracting quantities from AutoCAD and BIM models, and preparing accurate quotations. The successful candidate will develop unit rates, review tender documents, and ensure competitive pricing with proper cost allowances.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of QS/Estimating or Tendering experience in Singapore's M&E/BMS/ELV industries.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings and extracting quantities for quotations.
• Able to interpret BIM models for quantity take-offs and costing.
• Strong Excel skills for BOQ preparation and cost calculations.

Mansioni

• Tendering & quotation preparation with detailed cost estimates for BMS, Fire Alarm and ELV projects.
• Review tender documents, specifications and BOQ; identify missing scope and risks.
• Perform quantity take-offs for cables, conduits, trays, panels, devices and installation works.
• Develop unit rates and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations; prepare cost breakdowns and pricing schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors; ensure complete tender documentation.
