Job summary

Jinyue Aluminium Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled quantity surveyor/contract administrator to support tendering, cost control and progress claims for aluminium facade and steel structure projects in Singapore.

The role requires taking off quantities, preparing tender documentation, coordinating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring project costs stay within budget with timely progress claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium facade projects or steel structures.
• Proven ability to prepare tender documentation and obtain subcontractor quotations.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control within construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities, prepare bill of quantities, price tenders and questionnaires, and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progression ensuring materials and subcontractor costs align with budget.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to customers in a timely manner.
• Utilise aluminium facade/steel structure experience on project delivery.
• Handle any other duties assigned by management.

Job description

Taking off Quantities, BQ preparations, pricing and preparation of tender submission and questionnaires, obtain quotation from subcontractors/suppliers.

Monitor projects progression including materials supplied and installation and subcontractor cost are strictly agreeable with budget.

Prepare and submission of progress claim to customer in a timely manner.

Need aluminium facade/ steel structure working experience.

Any other duties to be assigned accordingly
