Job summary

JIN CHENG PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support tender submissions and project cost control. You will perform quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotes and ongoing projects with strict deadlines.

You will liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to source competitive quotations, submit monthly progress claims and variation orders, and handle final accounts. Proficiency in MS Office and a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years building construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Perform quantity take-off and cost estimates for quotes/tenders and ongoing projects with deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors and source competitive quotations.
• Submit monthly progress claims and variation orders (VO).
• Evaluate sub-contractors' progress claims and VO.
• Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
• Contract documents administration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
