NDD Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facade Quantity Surveyor to manage pre-tender take-offs, cost estimation, and tender submissions for aluminium and glazing projects. You will review contracts, prepare BOQ, and source subcontractor quotes, ensuring cost control across all project stages.

The role involves handling variation orders, final accounts, and maintaining comprehensive project records to support accurate financial outcomes for façade works.

Tender & Estimation

• Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings
• Prepare BOQ and cost estimation for: Aluminium cladding, ACP/ACM panels, Curtain wall systems, Glazing works, Louvres & architectural metal works
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare tender submissions and bid comparisons
