Job summary

Jinyue Aluminium Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate with experience in take-off quantities, BQ preparations, and tender submissions to support tendering activities and supplier quotations.

The role involves monitoring project progress, ensuring budget compliance with material supply and subcontractor costs, and preparing progress claims; aluminium façade and steel structure experience is preferred, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with take-off quantities and BQ preparations.
• Ability to price tenders and prepare tender submission questionnaires.
• Experience obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities, BQ preparations, pricing and preparation of tender submission and questionnaires.
• Monitor projects progression including materials supplied, installation and subcontractor costs within budget.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to customers in a timely manner.
• Provide aluminium façade/steel structure working experience as part of project execution.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Monitor projects progression including materials supplied and installation and subcontractor cost are strictly agreeable with budget.

Prepare and submission of progress claim to customer in a timely manner.

Need aluminium facade/ steel structure working experience.
