Job summary

Pan Sing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor specializing in facade/curtain wall and window packages to manage measurement, cost estimation, procurement and final accounts.

You will review drawings, prepare take-offs, cost estimates and tenders, negotiate with subcontractors, monitor material procurement and site measurements, and travel between offices and project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facade, curtain wall, or window/aluminium quantity surveying is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems (unitized/stick curtain wall, aluminium windows, cladding) and construction methods.
• Familiarity with facade-related materials, specifications, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Review facade/curtain wall and window drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs.
• Prepare cost estimates, BQ and tender documents for facade and glazing packages.
• Scrutinize material costs and subcontractor quotations to secure best deals.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with facade/window subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Liaise with architects, site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on facade matters.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Track material procurement and delivery schedules and coordinate reorders.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities against as-built drawings.
• Establish relationships with facade consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a focus on facade and window works to join our team. Candidate will manage the financial and contractual aspects of facade/curtain wall and window package projects, from measurement and cost estimation to procurement and final account, ensuring projects stay on budget and specifications are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review facade/curtain wall and window drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs

• Prepare cost estimates, BQ (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents specific to facade and glazing packages

• Scrutinize material costs and subcontractor quotations to secure the best deals

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with facade/window subcontractors and material suppliers

• Liaise with architects, site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on facade-related matters

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Track material procurement and delivery schedules, coordinating reorders as needed

• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities against as-built drawings

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with facade consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Travel between the office and various project sites as required

About you

• Prior experience in facade, curtain wall, or window/aluminum quantity surveying is highly advantageous
