Job summary

LT SAMBO CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a capable administrator for construction projects. You will handle site measurements, payment claims, and document control while supporting planning and project management teams.

The role requires 6-day work weeks, willingness to work beyond hours, and proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD; suitable for Diploma/degree holders with relevant exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction sector; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Willing to work 6 days per week and after hours including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site material measurements and prepare progress payment claims.
• Handle AutoCAD 2D, create and manage purchase orders.
• Liaise with vendors, verify supplier invoices, and maintain filing.
• Maintain ISO documentation and assist project management.
• Manage attendance and work pass applications; arrange training.
• Maintain office supplies and accommodation logistics.
