Job summary

Koh Kock Leong Enterprise Pte Ltd is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, tendering, and cost control on construction projects in Singapore. You will prepare estimates, analyze submissions, monitor expenditures, and prepare final accounts.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying, be proficient with AutoCAD, Excel and Word, and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building with subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Independent and responsible for assigned construction projects.
• Resourceful with good relationships with sub-contractors.

• Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
• Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)

• Transport Provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT
