Job summary

JF FOUNDATION PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor support role.

The incumbent will carry out measurement and take-off, prepare quotations and costing for incoming enquiries, and assist in progress claims and variations. You will also review subcontract documents, contribute to final accounts, and work with English and Mandarin-speaking teams. Independent yet team-oriented, able to meet tight schedules in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant field; construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to meet tight schedules.
• Independent and a good team player.
• Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin.
• Min. 2 years of construction experience.
• Entry level candidates welcome.
