Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a commercial construction interior fit-out project in Singapore. The role focuses on tender preparation, cost estimation, procurement oversight and final accounts for main and subcontract works.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Quantity Survey or related field and at least 3 years of QS experience, preferably with luxury retail or bespoke joinery context. Office-based, Mon-Fri with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Quantity Survey / Architecture / Interior Design / Contracts Management or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in Interior fit-out / Renovation / A&A works.
• Possess knowledge in luxury retail / boutique / bespoke joinery / specialty installations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documentation by reviewing drawings and specifications, compiling BOQs and setting unit pricing.
• Perform quantity take-offs, source and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and analyse cost comparisons and pricing summaries for tender evaluation.
• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating and awarding subcontracts, while maintaining cost control and updating cost data systems.
• Handle project cost administration, including variation works, site instructions, and final accounts for both main and subcontract work.

• UP $4800 Basic + Variable Bonus
