Job summary

Feng Ming Construction in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost control and perform quantity take-offs across projects. Applicants with substantial experience may be considered for a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure accurate contract documents, tender preparations, and cost management across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience may lead to Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
• Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented team player able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
