Job summary

GRD BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage project cost budgeting, quantity takeoffs, quotations and tender documents in Singapore.

The role requires close collaboration with clients, main contractors and suppliers, and bilingual English/Chinese communication to ensure accurate cost forecasting and timely approvals. You will monitor on-site progress for cost control, assist the project manager with cost optimization, and apply local standards from BCA, MOM, HDB and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of QS experience in Singapore.
• Familiar with local construction processes, unit prices, materials, and processes.
• Experience in renovation or general contracting is a plus.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• QS diploma/diploma/degree preferred.
• Experience in renovation or general contracting is a plus.
