Jun E Materials & Trading Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and quotations, and to monitor project costs. You will source and evaluate quotations, assist in tender submissions, and manage progress claims and final accounts across construction or interior fit-out projects.

The role requires at least 3 years of Singapore-based experience, proficiency in MS Office and QS software, and knowledge of procurement systems.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Support procurement and material costing.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on project and contractual matters.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Support contract administration and cost control.
• Attend project meetings and site visits when required.
• Ensure work complies with company procedures and contractual requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of Singapore-based experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Able to handle both pre-contract and post-contract works.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying/costing software.
• Knowledge or experience in using Bluebeam will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in using the ARIBA system and GeBIZ tender submission will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight project deadlines.
