You will review contracts, prepare BOQ, and source subcontractor quotes, ensuring cost control across all project stages.

The role involves handling variation orders, final accounts, and maintaining comprehensive project records to support accurate financial outcomes for façade works.

Qualifications

• Pre-tender quantity take-offs and façade cost estimation are core QS responsibilities in aluminium and glazing projects.
• Review contracts, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Handle variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts.
• Track design changes and cost impacts.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings.
• Prepare BOQ and cost estimation for aluminium cladding, ACP/ACM panels, curtain wall systems, glazing works, louvres & architectural metal works.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender submissions and bid comparisons.
• Review contracts, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Handle variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Track design changes and cost impacts.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
