Job summary

KER HUAT METAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to prepare costing for tenders and contracts for private and government projects. You will handle contractual matters with clients and subcontractors, prepare quotations, progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

You will support the team in contractual disputes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/degree in civil or mechanical engineering and at least 2 years QS experience in aluminium facade, windows and doors,

• Diploma/degree in civil or mechanical engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years QS experience in alum facade, windows & doors preferred.
• Familiar with alum profiles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
