Job summary

LWC ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or related professional in Singapore to assist with tender evaluation, contract cost management and subcontract administration.

The role involves preparing tender submissions, variation orders and cost claims, as well as budgeting and cost reporting across projects. Fresh graduates are welcome; a relevant diploma or degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Diploma or degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenders, costs, manage contracts and advise on contractual matters.
• Prepare and submit variation orders and cost claims.
• Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, cost spreadsheets and sub-contract documents.
• Explore and implement innovative procurement solutions and contract strategy best practices.
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
• Maintain correspondence between all consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Assist Senior Manager in other QS-related tasks including liaison with subcontractors/suppliers and quantity measurement.

• Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.
• Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.
• Project budgeting and costing reports.
• Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
• Assist Senior Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyze cost comparison.....etc

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Possessed at least diploma / degree certification in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Projects knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit software will be added advantage.
