Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, cost estimation, and project cost control. You will prepare bids, engage with subcontractors and suppliers, and track monthly progress claims, while attending site and client meetings as needed.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with strong numerical ability and negotiation skills to ensure competitive tender outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off and cost estimation for tenders and projects.
• Prepare tender submissions and respond to Tender Questionnaires and Interviews.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
• Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings.
• Other QS duties as assigned from time to time.
