Job summary

SHENG KEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders, and to analyse tender costings, pricing and quotations.

The role coordinates with sales, production, and clients, conducts site surveys, and ensures quality control to meet drawings and job orders. You will obtain quotations, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and support production, procurement and logistics teams while ensuring deadlines are met and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience in measurement, tender preparation, costing, pricing and quotations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standard forms of building contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; organized and a strong team player.
