Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D and 3D drawings
• Experience in measurement, tender preparation, costing, pricing and quotations
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications
• Knowledge of building regulations and standard forms of building contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-driven, responsible and a good team player

About the role

This role involves preparing and revising drawings for tenders and job orders, analyzing tender costings, pricing and quotations, and managing tender preparation and submission within required deadlines.
