Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Changi-based team. You will manage claims for IBC works, review contractor invoices and ensure alignment with COPs and Purchase Orders, and supervise timely financial and administrative submissions for project processing.

You will also conduct regular cost-management meetings with stakeholders to discuss claim valuation and final account closure, leveraging your 5+ years of QS experience in construction projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.
• Understand bid/tender documents, drawings and specifications.

Job description

Please note that the work location is at Changi and the work schedule is 5.5 days/week. (Mon to Fri, 7.30am to 5pm, Sat, 7.30am to 12pm).
