Job summary

PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a qualified professional for a project site role in Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore. The job involves sourcing quotations for materials and services, and preparing subcontractor/supplier procurement and payments.

Responsibilities include cost planning, estimation, measurement of quantities, handling variation orders and final accounts, maintaining project documentation, and managing contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong organizing skills and timely completion of tasks assigned.
• Ability to handle variation claims and pricing evaluations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services Management or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizing skills and timely completion of tasks assigned with the ability of manual material items for variation claims
• Strong ability in problem solving and organizing skills are desirable
• Work location will be based at the project site in Tuas South Boulevard
