Job summary

Hing Fat Building & Materials Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage tender and ongoing projects, prepare cost estimates, and monitor budgets.

You will liaise with Site Supervisors and Main Contractors to handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical, cost management, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
