Job summary

RHB Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to support civil/structural projects.

The role covers preparing tender documents, conducting cost planning, and estimating budgets alongside reviewing contract terms. You will prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts, assemble progress and final accounts, and liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for civil/structural projects.
• Fluent English communication; Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation.
• Prepare, review and revise contract terms and conditions.
• Preparing, negotiating and analysis costs for tenders and contracts.
• Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project.
• Prepare awards of contracts, bills of quantities and other contract related documents.
• Take-off quantity and project cost estimation.
• Update the monthly cost along with the project team.
• All other related QS job.
