Job summary

GP ADVANCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender documents, source quotations, and support the project team with variation works, progress claims and cost management.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years' experience, and good English and Mandarin communication for correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Good Mandarin communication skills for Chinese-speaking queries.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Tender Government Projects.
• Prepare quotation and sourcing for quotations.
• Assist Project Team with Variation Works, Progress Claims and Cost.
• Measuring quantities from drawings (Quantity take-off).
• Carry out site valuations.

Requirements

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30am to 6pm)
