Apollo Builders Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with solid experience in pre- and post-contract administration to join our team.

The role involves preparing tender submissions, quantity take-offs, cost evaluation, subcontractor sourcing, and handling claims, variations and final accounts.

You should have a degree related to QS or building, with 3–4 years in construction, and you must stay current with market updates and cost trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or Diploma or Nitec (Building/QS) or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of relevant working experience in a construction firm preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
