Job summary

CHUBB SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED invites a capable Tendering & Estimation Engineer to prepare detailed tenders, cost estimates, and Bills of Materials for fire protection projects in Singapore. Review drawings for compliance, evaluate supplier quotations, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver competitive solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years in tendering or estimation for fire protection,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tendering or estimation experience in fire protection projects.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed tenders, cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Materials (B.O.M.) to support project bidding and budgeting
• Review technical drawings and specifications to verify compliance with fire protection standards and project requirements
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure competitive pricing and quality services
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and communication
• Provide technical input on fire protection system concepts and solutions to enhance project design and implementation
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines

Job Summary

You will prepare and manage tenders and cost estimates for fire protection projects, review technical drawings for compliance, evaluate supplier quotations, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver effective fire protection solutions.
