Job summary

KOYO M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years in building services to support cost control and tendering for projects in Singapore.

You will analyse specifications, prepare take-offs, source quotations, and draft cost breakdowns while ensuring accurate cost assessments and timely documentation for project teams. Strong communication in English, keen eye for detail, and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of building services experience.
• Familiar with SIA Contract and making claims.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Analyse tender documents and review tender specification requirements.
• Prepare quotations for customers and tenders for bids.
• Prepare quantities take-off and cost breakdowns.
• Source for and obtain quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Provide best cost estimates and monitor project costs/schedules.
• Support variation orders and progress claims, contracts administration, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree /Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Construction Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in building services
• Familiar with SIA Contract and making claims
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
• Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
