TEAM GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Civil/Construction professional to manage tender and ongoing projects in Singapore.

The role requires preparing contracts, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and monitoring budgets while coordinating with consultants, developers, and suppliers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in civil/construction, strong 2D/3D drawing skills with BIM and AutoCAD, and the ability to liaise across English/Chinese-speaking teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent English; Chinese-speaking associates preferred.
• 3+ years in civil/construction field.
• 3+ years with 2D/3D drawing, BIM, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibility

• Manage tender projects and on-going projects
• To prepare contract documents, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and tender submissions
• To prepare project cash flow forecast
• Monitor project budget and costing
• Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders
• Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters
• Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions
• Interview and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award
• To prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers
• Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments
• Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors' variation orders
• Settlement of final accounts

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates is preferred)
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in 2D and 3D drawing, BIM modeling, AUTOCAD
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
