Job summary

Caregiving Welfare Association in Singapore seeks a Manager, Quality & Training to lead our quality management system, policies, procedures and risk controls while designing and delivering training for staff and volunteers to ensure high-standard services.

You will oversee SOPs, audits, and training curricula, collaborate with department heads, and drive continuous improvement through structured evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management, compliance or learning & development in healthcare or social services.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and audit processes.
• Experience designing training for non-clinical or paraprofessional teams.
• Strong documentation and process-writing skills.
• Ability to work across teams and drive buy-in beyond compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SOP library across all service lines, ensuring current and fit-for-purpose content.
• Maintain organisational risk register, track mitigations and escalate significant risks.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external and funder audits.
• Investigate service quality issues and translate learnings into improvements.
• Report quality, audit and risk matters to senior management.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for staff and volunteers.
• Build and maintain a training curriculum with tracking of completion.
• Assess training effectiveness through competency checks and feedback.
• Work with other department heads to address skill gaps through targeted training.
• Maintain accurate training records to support reporting.
