Job summary

EtonHouse International Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to uphold high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across centres and campuses in Singapore. The role drives ERF/EduTrust and SPARK certification and aligns QA frameworks with regulatory requirements.

You will lead audits, develop policies and SOPs, train staff, and collaborate with Principals and HQ to ensure readiness for external audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
3–4 years of QA, compliance, or centre leadership experience in education.
Hands-on SPARK and EduTrust certification experience; strong ECDA/SSG regulatory knowledge.
Experience with audits, documentation, and process improvements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support centres in achieving ERF/EduTrust and SPARK certification.
Ensure compliance with ECDA, SSG, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular internal audits, reviews, and gap analyses across centres.
Develop, review, and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and frameworks.
