Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care invites a capable professional to join our quality and safety team in Singapore to elevate standards across the community care sector. You will work with MOH, community providers and internal stakeholders to shape policy reviews, quality assurance, and capability-building initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, incident reviews, training development, and cross-functional projects to ensure regulatory readiness and improved patient outcomes in community care

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in healthcare or related field.
• At least 2 years in healthcare quality, regulation, governance or standards implementation.
• Clinical experience in RHS or community care setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with HCSA regulations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine national care standards and clinical guidelines.
• Align providers’ practices with national standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide secretariat support for Quality Committees and workgroups, including scheduling and minute-taking.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance programmes and capability-building initiatives for the community care sector.
• Engage with MOH, providers, and internal AIC teams to implement quality initiatives.
