Job summary

Changi General Hospital is seeking a quality assurance professional to systematically evaluate healthcare delivery processes, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance across services in Singapore.

You will plan and execute internal ESS program assessments, conduct audits under HCSA, prepare management reports, and support continuous improvement through data analysis and clear reporting. A Bachelor’s degree with clinical experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical experience.
• Understanding of healthcare accreditation standards and patient safety framework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation of audit findings.
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret clinical data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive assessments focusing on patient-centred and health care organisation management standards for ESS program; other priority areas identified based on the frequently reported Serious Reportable Events (SRE) and high-risk areas from internal assessments
• Conduct internal assessments before external audits. Follow-up findings and ensure the findings are timely closed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that advance patient safety, service quality and operational excellence
• Prepare reports to Management, SingHealth and other required agencies.
• Continuously acquire necessary skill knowledge
