Job summary

NTUC Health Co-op Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Quality Management in Singapore to strengthen governance and drive measurable quality improvements across services. You will analyse incidents, collect metrics and support governance platforms.

You will work with clinical and corporate teams to ensure regulatory readiness, continuous improvement and reliable care outcomes. The role is on site with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, quality management, audits, risk management, incident follow‑up and data analysis is advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare quality standards, regulatory readiness and improvement methods.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; dashboarding or reporting tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support organisation‑wide quality monitoring and reporting, including indicators, incidents, audits and trend analysis.
• Ensure consistency in data collection and reporting practices across services.
• Coordinate with MOH, AIC and sector partners; prepare materials and follow‑up on quality matters.
• Facilitate incident reviews and RCA processes with stakeholders and track actions to closure.
• Support quality improvement, audit, assurance activities and regulatory readiness.
• Develop practical tools, templates and learning materials for quality reporting and learning.
• Collaborate with service, clinical and corporate teams on cross‑service learning and quality culture.
